I just got a message from a friend claiming Trump has declassified everything from the Clinton emails to the WHO pandemic. It has apparently been posted by Wikileaks here. Does anyone know if there is any validity to this, or is it just BS? (file.wikileaks.org)

It’s nonsense. Trump can declassify anything he wants, but the govt employees hostile to him are the ones that have to release it, and they won’t.
