It must be nice to be a criminal when you bought off the whole government

I just wish parler had standing to sue.

Courts are done. All legal recourse is gone.

Idiots used Amazon Web Service without any backup plan.

He says there that they had a bunch of backup hosts and also reached out to others, but once the app was banned, it was totally radioactive to anyone and everyone, if not right away, then after that company was contacted by others who their mind right, Establishment-style, as he also says.

What exactly is anti trust? How does it apply with Amazon etc being a “private company”?

I feel bad for Bongino. I used to listen to him a lot during the spygate saga. He seems like a true American. Getting cancer then dealing with the rabid left tearing down his business then exploiting and dumping data to harm his users is just depressing.

I have no inside knowledge of how Parler was formed but Dan got fucked by very bad engineers. He was out of his element and probably didn't understand how AWS is its own ecosystem you should never tie yourself to since it's by design proprietary and has a lot of pitfalls to get fucked if you don't know what you're doing.

Edit: I hope Barnes can recommend him good counsel. Of the twitter political lawyers he has the most sane outlook and best predictive track record.

Policy of Appeasement does not work and this is what Adler did when GAB experienced a similar fate two years ago.
