I've met Rubio on numerous occasions and knew many of his donors. "Little Marco" is a weak, opportunistic bitch and this "plan" is exactly his style; he's always pitching stupid shit to look smarter and it annoys everyone to no end.

I'll tell you this much, Rick Scott's gubernatorial campaign manager had to change the phone numbers to get "Little Marco" off their ass after he tried to weasel his way into his cabinet! 🙄
