Given what secession is, we can make the constitution *better* in the new USA.
First order is strengthening the 1A and 2A so that it can't be interpreted to death.
Term limits for all elected offices.
Gold-backed currency? idk

I'd also like to unfuck copyright since it currently benefits nobody but the gigacorps.
I'm sure legal pedes here can think of other nice things to have.
