Nigh three weeks have passed and prosecutors have charged the young race terrorist with only two counts of aggravated vehicle hijacking and one of possession of a stolen vehicle. No murder charge despite mountains of evidence of an intentional homicide. This contradicts all the claims on the left that the current criminal justice system is institutionally racist or biased against African-Americans. This contradicts the propaganda books about race ie The New Jim Crow. The evergreen claim on the left is that African-Americans are punished more harshly for the same crime than their non-black counterparts, or that non-black people are more likely to get away with such crimes or receive milder punishments. Everything is bull. It is all racial bait that distracts the truth. If it were true, how could a black murder extremist receive such privileged treatment and literally allow him to get away with a murder? In what world can a black man get away with murder be considered the new Jim Crow? This is the institutional privilege of black Illinoisans. God knows what would have happened if a non-black man had shot a black man. The suspect would instantly be charged with murder and jailed for life. This does not include the gargantuan difference in the reaction of the media.

Leftists believe that justice is served by replacing historical white supremacy with contemporary black supremacy. Leftists believe that equality is achieved when African-Americans receive the same institutional privileges that European-Americans received in Louisiana in 1940. This is not an isolated case. There are dozens of cases where black men receive exceedingly mild sentences for violent crimes for which non-black men are severely punished. Just read on the murder of Tessa Majors and the 6-month prison sentences her killers received.

Hence it is imperative that we denounce the progressive institutional racism and racial segregation of the left. Conservatism treats all races equally. Conservatism treats each individual as an individual. Conservatism consists in evaluating independent individuals on merit and vice, regardless of race, faith, or political tribe. Conservatism rebukes black supremacy as much as it rebukes white supremacy. Conservatism refutes all forms of identity superiority. Illinois desperately needs conservative leaders and prosecutors to eliminate the contemporary institutional racism that Kim Foxx and local Democrats advocate.
