How? Stop their funding.
Trump purposed that a while ago and I don't think anything ever came of it. It was something about cutting funding to any college that discriminates against free speech.
That takes time to implement. Fist put it out there and then stop the monies. Remember them trying to get the funding back for the first Relief Checks these schools got? No way could the government ever get back what has already been paid in relief or endowments. We have to do that going forward.
