Amazon does have fake Chinese listings, I've been running into a lot of items being sold and upon checking reviews you'll find reviews for items irrelevant to what's being sold.

As well if it's electronic it might be the cancer warning label, I believe you can't sell items in California without it. The funny thing is just ended up buying the same item from best buy from another state.
