In my early retirement, I bought some investment real estate for rental income.

Let's just say that after the actions of some businesses after the events of Wednesday, I no longer approve of certain employers' income as "legitimate" income, for the purpose of my evaluation of rental applicant applications, and thus will be unable to either rent to them, or renew their leases.......of course, with out regards to race, sex, or national origin and the rest of the legal mandates.........

I can't use income from what I consider "criminal" enterprises to be used in my rentals. I wouldn't want to run afoul of the governments fight against crime...

Just trying to be good citizen. :)
