Declassified??? Why would common sense factoers, be classified from the American People, to start with. Reading thois is like reading a report we wrote in 6th grade history class. The thought that they use propaganda like this as Classified Information, just show's the waste is in every department of over labor in our current departments , where down-sizing is way past over due. , in many departments with over bloated employment.
