This - I love medicine and have a degree (minor) in medical sciences. I looked it up, it seems to line up and the tests seem to be positive. Look it up for yourself though.

Yep, I take 1500 mg's of quercetin, 50 mg's zinc, vitamins D3 and C. From what I've researched, like the chloroquine in HCQ, quercetin is a ionophore which transports zinc into the individual cells. But quercetin isn't a drug so it's available over the counter. It's sometimes called the poor mans HCQ. But please always check with your doctor first.
