But what if you had a local or state R politician who was actually decent? Some are, like Nunes here in CA. I wouldn't deny him a vote because most of the other Rs suck. Just saying.
This is an idiotic take. Why don't you just vote for people you like, regardless of party? Excluding the GOP and allowing the Dems to walk over all of you is pathetic.
The party matters, because it's not just a letter next to their name. The party makes important decisions that affect the candidate, related to funding, redistricting, committees etc. The GOP is corrupted to the core and will never be a vehicle of change.
All of you disgruntled Republicans should come join us libertarians. I made the jump myself during the Bush years when it became inarguable the party was just globalist neocons. Libertarians are effectively what Republicans used to stand for. Constitutionalism. Yup, going 3rd party will bring with it some additional tasks, but it will also get rid of a lot of bloat. All Rs are welcome!
I'll never vote gop again for what they did to their constituents and Trump.. A bunch of snakes....

The Dems are stealing elections with the help of Republicans so no, it's not a idiotic take. Wake up..
No, they're not doing it with the help of Republicans. Republicans don't win through election fraud, they don't have the valor to do it.
You are spot on regarding how craven and cowardly republicans are.

This is laughable, the Libertarian Party itself is mismanaged and doesn't know how to win an election.
