First you have to own the criminal justice system in your county. Judges, DAs everybody. Otherwise, the Dems/Repubs would arrest you for the same election fraud that they commit every year.
You might ALSO need to control the state machinery - judges, governor, etc.
Only then can you stuff the ballot boxes like the Dems do.
I think the peaceful protests over the summer vs last weeks riot should solidify that there are 2 sets of laws.
Our side goes to jail for decades for protest, theirs get corporate sponsors, paid bail, and a promotion for a riot.
