The problem here is the scale. Nobody that thinks there wasn't fraud is going to bother going through millions of excel cells to determine otherwise. News should focus on feeding people specific examples, names, and addresses. Figure out the best way to present a large number of verified cases alongside evidence in an easily navigated and interpreted display. Simply saying "1.2 million votes were fraudulent" makes the claim sound ridiculous and people will dismiss it outright.
