I saw a video on new Year's Day where a woman, the night before, was filming the NYE fireworks show on her tv, and then she walked out to her balcony to show that there were no fireworks over the same bridge.
The "nothing here" is the fact that most people aren't going to be able to tell the difference between what is real and what isn't, starting yesterday.
I know the media is fake as fuck, but to be fair: the scene on TV is not even close to what is outside your window. It seems to be somwhere else or at a different time.
