My thought if it was faked, it was a video on the TV and not live. However, as you said, I am not familiar with the area either. The Fake News world we live in, it could be not correct timed footage, and the media is foaming hate, but question everything is my main message. Don't trust anybody. As Double A Arn Anderson said, "DTA, Don't Trust Anybody". However, at this point there is too much to question, and we are overwhelmed at this point to know what is real or fake.
