The Taiwanese still fly the flag of pre-communist China 🇹🇼(Taiwan/Pre-ccp China’s flag), they watched their country being taken over by communists and resisted. It’s starting to look that way here with our flag.
Even if Biden takes office and reverses the decision, make him do that I can’t believe that the United States won’t recognize Taiwan and people just accept that, and don’t see just how in bed our government is with the CCP.

I think that just happened on Monday. I’m pretty sure Pompeo announced that the US would be dealing directly with them and no longer go through China anymore. Therefore declaring it a sovereign nation
I think even the taiwanese dont entirely want that, as they recognize that is a bit too far for now. I mean, the president just said that theres no need to declare independence as Taiwan is de facto independent, therefore i dont believe theres any willingness to change that status quo right now.
That's just lighting a fire for Biden to put out.
Biden would probably just say "Trump's an idiot. Sorry China." Then give Taiwan back.
It doesn't do much if Trump isn't potus.
It would almost certainly mean war. They can’t have any outside questions of hegemony even leak into their populace.
I see it either being
China v. USA China v. Taiwan (more probable)
Biden would simp out to the CCP overlords and embolden then to strike Taiwan now, as an apology. US was that line of defense holding them back.
