The Democrats are scared of Trump. Every move Trump does is tactically (or indirectly) moves him one step closer to the truth, or one step to denying the Democrats one thing- total power.
They cant let him hold any public office again. It is the Dem's punishment for making them look like fools.
Also to take away secret service detail. I'm going to keep saying it. They are bloodthirsty.
