As far as I know from my limited knowledge none of the perpetrators of the fraud have yet to stand in court charged with not following / observing the procedural rules enacted by their legislatures. Perhaps we need a (large) lawfare fund to go after them. Proving failure to follow the law should be easier than proving fraud, but doing so provides a foot hold to proving fraud in subsequent cases.
While we should work that angle as well I think we should be filling the ranks of poll watchers and poll managers from here on out. If nothing else we need to block the steal
Yes, very much so. The next battles need to be fought in the voting and tabulation places. When we talk about the need to organize, this should have high priority. Let's encourage teach-ins, podcasts and other ways of training & recruiting white-hat poll police.
We have allowed this to go unchecked for far too long. I fear we (the people) waited far too long for a legal and peaceful remedy, and exercising our rights to defend against the tyranny has become something most Americans cannot bear.

No: must insist and ensure the laws are enforced. If we can't sue to cure the vote then sue to punish the offenders.
