Make sure you fill them with refrigerated food. Milk, cheese, meat, eggs, themost spendy frozen stuff, then ditch the cart in the very front of the cashiers, but wait about 15 minutes.
At least in California, that food has to go on the trash. So, you might inadvertently subsidize a wm worker's family with free food, but thats a win considering how they treat their employees.
Just don't fill up your baskets with meat. I love meat I am not a vegetarian but the animals don't need to die in vain.
