Why isn't this E.O getting more love, it's basically Trump giving the space force a massive dong via the authorization to use nuclear as an energy in space. We need this to beat the dirty Chinese communists (www.whitehouse.gov)

Eh, I don't know about that. For a country like India with a natural supply of thorium? Maybe. MSR reactor technology is nowhere near where it needs to be + has a list of major problems, and from the looks of it this EO is focused on the much more pragmatic SMR tech that will be available in the next 20 years.
