Trump is the greatest modern President we've had but Trump isn't perfect. Any any criticism against some things he's done doesn't make one a "commie" or a "shill" -- assuming his actions and words are real and that he's given up the fight doesn't make one a shill.
Its quite possible that Trump has done simply what he's said he's done. He promised to exhaust every legal option to fight the election. He did that. Unfortunately, the entire system is corrupt, and no longer cares about the Constitution. His own VP even stabbed him in the back at the final hour.
Trump has one option left still, and that's using his executive powers to try and invoke the Insurrection Act. He can deputize millions of Trump supporters and call on the militias. There's 7 days left to do this.
So far he has given no indication that he's going to use this option. Could it be possible he will? Yes. But its a hail mary.
My point is, if Biden is sworn in, its certainly a sign that Trump gave up the fight for the office. There's no way he is going to be able to use the military as a private citizen to reinstall himself after Biden takes power. We would literally be laughing our ass off if Obama said that during Trump's term.
