If he is no longer the secretary, why would people follow him? They are probably not interested in him personally. Also, why does Twitter have things like "US government account"? Is Twitter a branch of the government? Why do the government officials use Twitter as some sort of an official channel for the government affairs. That gives Twitter too much power.
