If as a citizen I demand the murder laws be suspended so I can go on a murder rampage, and also plan attacks on police, judges, and courts who would be part of the legal machinery that enforces state anti-murder doctrine, isnt that a pretty damning set of criminal intent and planning?
Anyone in government demanding suspensions of pieces of the constitution is a traitor for doing so, for the same reason as an individual I would be a criminal in the above example. They can be repealed or added to.. and have been.. like with the 18th and 21st amendments! The constitution itself is specific about how this can be done. No other way is possible.
Inventing new dictionaries or words or terminology like 'domestic enemy' or 'supremacist' isnt a green light to do treason either. And you similarly couldn't use a nonsense argument like this in court.
Attacks on free speech, the NRA/2nd, freedom of assembly.. That should be enough to impeach Joe already since he has sworn oaths that he is breaking.
