Trying to scare/bully Congress to agree to a ten-day audit so the country can trust the election outcome is literally the opposite of an insurrection. It would be more accurate to say Congress was the insurrection and the mob tried, and failed, to force a transparent election.

Because the 'evidence' is probably just comparison spreadsheets. With personally identifiable information in it, so can't be shared. If that doesn't hold up to expectations, the next step would be digging into the underlying software performing that comparison (I'm going to guess excel). And besides asking proving that there was no fraud is an impossible - you can't prove a negative
