Average Americans DO see through this.

Dominion, as you have observed, negates the votes of average Americans, while intellectually disadvantaged Americans are manipulated and weaponized against tougher opposition.

Who do you think the NPCs are, and why do you think that they so consistently demonstrate an inability to think for themselves? Why do you think that the narratives they are fed are so insultingly simple and stupid, mostly consisting of a single catchphrase that can be mindlessly repeated ad nauseam? Why do you think the Supreme Court was so afraid of riots occurring if they agreed to hear Texas' suit?

It's not difficult for completely amoral and unethical individuals to control the intellectually disadvantaged, and those peoples' voices count just as much as anyone else's - even more, in fact, when they're amplified by the media and dissenting voices are silenced. On top of that, the NPC mob can be mobilized to massively defame, riot against, and "protest" anyone who opposes the will of their masters.
