No, but as a kid I do remember them happening in Augusta at the most random times at night where you usually wouldn't catch them. They say weekly.. but I'm not 100% sure if they are, thats why I also included standard test in the title of the post just in case.
I'm in my 30's, have heard tests on the radio, but I have never ever seen a test on TV, ever.
