Brave is based on Chromium, so has some Google glowiness, but it is one of the better browsers out there in terms of compatibility and freedom. I use Brave on my PC and phone.

I'm not using Brave on my phone, but DuckDuckGo. It block trackers while you surf the internet. When I log onto TDW on my phone it said it blocked twitter from tracking me on here.

I use DDG as my search. I like it too. There's a little icon on Brave you can click to see what it's blocking. It says "x number creepy things blocked." I like that it calls them creepy.

Lmao, yes I love that too. GTFO creepers.

We should make this site friendly for surfing via wget and curl, and maybe RSS feeders. Screw modern browsers -- too complex with too many hiding places for glowies.

I'm happy to leave the entire rest of the internet behind.

They asked why I uninstalled. I told them that Trump won the election.

I switched to DuckDuckGo on my mobile, and I've always been using Brave on PC for months now. Fuck Chrome.

Mozilla, bought and paid for by the CCP while funneling donations back to the CCP.

Be aware, it is still under Chrome, but it's much better than Chrome browser that I can confirm on.
