Demand a trial. Demand that witnesses be heard and evidence be judged on the merits.
We saw rumblings recently of truckers going on strike and refusing to deliver products for censorious companies like Amazon. That's a great idea, but why stop there?
Put the entire country on hold for a day and demand to be heard. If nothing happens, put the country on hold for two days. Nothing? Four days. There's no way the USA can function if Republicans all across the country refuse to participate.
If all the evidence is judged on its merits and they rule against us, fine. That's all we wanted. But if they rule in our favor, then Biden cannot become or remain as President.
I'm not saying to do this now. Maybe everything is about to go down and this won't be necessary. But if the 20th comes and goes, keep it in mind. Because we all know the alternative, and no one wants that.
This is a great idea and deserves a full discussion.
Obvious benefit is its a peaceful way to express our disgust and could have a tremendous impact even if just a fraction of Trump supporters called in sick for a day -- or a week.
Some thoughts:
Yeah, that downside is a problem. Still, even if only people in red counties participate, that would already be a lot of critical infrastructure suspended.
I would demand a trial on the election fraud. The social media stuff is bad but still secondary. Demand a discovery phase and demand a trial where the evidence is presented and the witnesses are heard. Dismissal or summary judgement is unacceptable in this case. There also needs to be a judge involved in this because the contested states can't be trusted with audits.
Organizing something before the 20th might be difficult, though in my opinion it would be ideal. I'm worried about what people are going to do if nothing else has happened by the 20th or the 21st.
Get the movement started we will all jump on board...asap
