Radical centrists are faggots who think that the moderate position is right on every issue because they think that "the truth is somewhere in the middle." Centrism in practice tends to just mean being a weak leftist while pretending to be a galaxy brain.

"Radical Centrist" are the fapping trolls you encounter who set the flag to hide their post history on Disqus. They hide the post history because their sport is mashing people's buttons on both sides and a glance at history would show that.
