While baseless claims of fraud in the 2020 election have sowed discord in the country

Shitty site. Don't give traffic to these pieces of shit. Use archive.vn instead.

I told a guy at work yesterday that he can't deny the fraud. He got all upset and flustered and serious and said he didn't want to talk about it anymore. Lmfao, these overly emotional fucking liars

16
RoBatten 16 points ago +16 / -0

I've got a few of those at work as well. "Trump's going to jail!" This particular gentleman is African-American. I asked him why he hates Trump, because Trump gave much more money to African-American colleges than Obama ever did. Trump did sentencing reform, when Congress and Obama never did. Trump made a fund that gives $500 million in loans to African-American businesses to help with their shutdowns. Why would you hate this man? These things angered some whites, btw. But he still did it. And you hate him. Can you tell me why? I don't understand.

Dude doesn't speak to me anymore lol. So that's a win. I don't have to hear anymore of his bullshit. Boss-man told me to stop talking politics after hearing his complaint. "He brought it up. I didn't."

38
Pukeahontas 38 points ago +38 / -0

Yeah. If baseless claims were sowing such discord , the great unifier Pedophile Ring Leader biden can just do an audit and quell the discord.

Someone ask this dipshit reporter why no such audit has been done and why have state legislators sent 2 sets of electors ...

23
chuckachookah 23 points ago +23 / -0

They will just reply "deeboonkd".

Please if a lawyer Pede can jump in here, but it's my understanding that:

  1. Of the "63" lawsuits dismissed, NONE has been granted discovery.

  2. Of the "63" lawsuits dismissed, NONE has had a review of the fraud at hand

  3. Of the "63" lawsuits dismissed, they were dismissed on: no injury (there is no injury yet), no standing (you're not a party to the injury), or mootness (should have filed earlier).

Am I wrong?

If I have it twisted, please correct me.

The claim of "deeboonked" or these misleading introductory statements ("baseless claims") conflates the dismissal as "it is proven nothing happened".

23
Pukeahontas 23 points ago +23 / -0

All the courts have consistently held that they don’t have the will to hear the election challenges.

One of the PA cases that was filed pre-election challenging the mass mail in and post 3rd nov arriving ballots is still pending before SCOTUS, even though Alito held that the PA Supreme Court overstepped their boundaries. We can get a hearing maybe by 2022?! When the SCOTUS judge agrees that PA Supreme Court has no authority to change deadlines (only legislature can) but still the result coming out of this mess is allowed to stand.

The TX vs PA case was the most appalling one. Even lefty legal experts said that in an original jurisdiction case (I.e between states) the SCOTUS Has no option but to take it up and hear it before dismissing it. But even this was junked because no standing! No hearing.

This is critical, because this means the State of Texas has no legal course to remedy the wrong done to the state. This is virtually like a medieval kingdom, where the high kings court rules that a peasant has no remedy if their daughter gets raped and killed by a prince. No standing.

What should Texas do? Send a bunch of people to protest in DC? That happened too and how that turned out on 1/6 and the lies behind this are well documented too.

States dont get to bail, that was decided long ago.

Marxism is like a zombie plague. You can run, flee, hide, but it will keep coming after you, your stuff, your family, your life, etc. Eventually have to hold the line and face it. Giving up ground to marxism isn't a winning strategy. Marxism requires theft to continue, it's not economically self-sufficient. Without theft (of property, money, lives, technology, etc.) marxism dies.

Stop running from Marxism. HOLD THE LINE.

...or we can form an...

This in the US Constitution is called a militia; the States' militias were usurped by the marxists into "the National Guard" over 100 years ago. This ship sailed awhile ago. Even in making other preparations like having key strategic stockpiles of resources (as those Republicans did before 1861 before 1917 before 1941) ship has sailed. I warned of all these things years ago, of how to stop it, of what was needed to head the Lefties/Commies/Corrupt/Criminals off at the pass. Those ships have mostly sailed too.

It's been two years now that the commies & corrupt cut off my families running water; and mom was kidnapped/abducted/tortured/starved/thirsted for 17 days in June by a small army of corrupt & commies; so if you want to know where the "Front Lines" are to hold, I and my family are standing on the line.

There's still time for DJT to use his lawful powers like a Western movie (not IA stuff) but real law and order, tin badges, arrest those that have crimes going back to pre 2016 aka "Lock her up!" and "you're fired!" type things.

The marxists have been marching double-time for Civil war 2.0 for a long time; only thing about today is, at least 50% of Americans and the world realize this now. There's still time for DJT/Team Trump, to stop the marxists from doing their "bad stuff".

TX seceding would be war. The only preferable alternative is war without seceding.

9

As a lawyer, I’ve been astounded. But at the same time, I don’t know why I’m surprised. The rule of law has been dying. Now it’s officially dead.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

"Irregularities" might pertain to the first stage of looking into it; "hmmmm, what's this?" Simply destroying evidence is proof of guilt. Simply preventing observation by poll watchers is criminal. Data science pointing broadly at unlikely scenarios can be considered "irregularities." These have been examined thoroughly, and crunching the data pinpointed FRAUD.

Every precinct, every race, needs a redo.

This is a banana republic.

Texas would need a real far right leader who wouldn’t tolerate left-wing degeneracy

45
Pukeahontas 45 points ago +45 / -0

Yeah. scum like Dan carenshow will be laughing at this . They need to go, and new MAGA ones need to come in

25
Populist_Leader 25 points ago +27 / -2

The left thinks DeSantis is “far right” but I mean we need someone even further. The republic of Texas needs to either deport leftists or quarantine blue areas. Then they need to establish their own media, patriotic education, etc.

21
Pukeahontas 21 points ago +21 / -0

Leftist sense of political compass is bullshit, de Santis is a conservative, but I’ll just place him more centre right. USA as a whole needs someone who will fling commies from choppers without flinching, proverbially speaking. Even the average leftist does that.

There exists virtually no media that’s unbiased now. Plus the big companies invariably own the media houses. The leftist education thats going on is terrible. How is any kid going through that going to come out as anything but another leftie suppressed by the big government?

12
Populist_Leader 12 points ago +12 / -0

We’d need someone truly far right who would promote Christianity and patriotism in schools. Include gun safety courses in school. Deport commies. Halt immigration until all new people can be vetted (must be patriots). No big businesses that hate our way of life.

5
CuomoisaMassMurderer 5 points ago +5 / -0

I’d take DeSantis over Trump, but someone even more “controversial” should be in charge if that’s possible

10
trumpsballhair 10 points ago +10 / -0

Please make this happen

Texas pedes. This won’t “happen” by just posting on the internet. For this to happen the Texas Capitol Must see prolonged peaceful protests, marches , slogans about how Texans are being discriminated against, how your suffrage means nothing when other states blatantly steal elections, and how even SCOTUS held that Texas has no standing in the USA.

The legislators are not going to just vote for this randomly. There needs to be a movement for this to happen, there need to be visible no of people supporting it

27
Best4Business 27 points ago +27 / -0

If Texas legit was able to seceded, then I could see several states quickly following suit by going "Yeah, you know what? We're done too." and pretty much fucking over the coasts. Imagine this, 2021: Texas Secedes from the union. By 2022, it has been joined by Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, maybe even Ohio and West Virginia and South Carolina.

That would be one major mega "FUCK YOU" to a potential Biden Dictatorship.

6
CuomoisaMassMurderer 6 points ago +6 / -0

This would not fix it. This would remove us from it. It would still mean war, but if we all moved to TX we'd have a strategy. The same war right where we stand would not be as good of a strategy once Biden is CiC, only because we can't count on anyone to fight.

On the same topic, another pede (yesterday) made a point regarding another potential option that I find interesting. The other option is for TX to force the hand of the Feds by declaring they will not adhere to Federal law including Federal taxation. This option of course takes the direction of civil war, but forces the Feds to make the first move.

Texas has a great outlook without the US too. As globalism founders and dies, more and more companies are looking to move out of Asia. Texas is a great destination for them. The climate is ideal for the aging boomers and their capitol, which will be glad to flee the totalitarian coasts, frozen North, and the soon to be politically castrated South. The infrastructure and population has and will continue to explode, which will support a huge industrial revival. All that economic power can power a military capable of not only resisting the United States, but beginning the process of turning itself into a regional and then global super power.

I'm completely onboard and fully willing to liquidate all of my property to join Texas.

I mean, all things considered, did not every Liberal and Leftie for the past 4 years absolutely SCREECH about how the Electoral College absolutely MUST be done away with..? I wonder. How do the States that RELY on the Electoral College to have their voices heard feel about hearing the West and East coast talk about stripping their voting rights away? Probably pretty Secessionist-y. I don't know, food for thought. I think if TX breaks away, it should move to allow any and all States that want to join*.

I doubt seriously 1) that the motion would pass. 2) If it did, Someone needs to take the first step, then just like the Capitol "riots" mob rule will take effect, just like with the SCOTUS case, you would see a lot of other states glom onto the motion as well. Texas is not abandoning us, as much as leading, pointing the way if you will.

Then you would see about 14-15 states suddenly declaring for secession, the people on the Hill and Big Tech will lose their shit for awhile, concessions will be made, and it will all get swept under the rug again.

"Concessions" aren't sufficient unless election results from the last 20 years at least are audited, with results being flipped accordingly.

Other States that could join: Florida to TX, north to Montana. Maybe Alaska too, people are based, leadership is corrupt.

Coastal elites want to be cut off from everyone? Ok then.

This website is full of articles with references. A number of articles claiming secession can be peaceful. Here's one: https://redstatesecession.org/why-we-favor-peacefully-splitting-the-usa-parts-1-and-2/

i just don't agree.

As we've shown on every single map, there are no blue STATES, only strongholds held by anti-americans. Even the bluest states have red pedes (Nunes for example).

My grandfathers shed blood for the entire United States. I'm not ceding any of the territory to a bunch of fucking commies.

Too late. Once Biden is CiC, the US is blue. Senate, House, and WH. SCOTUS and all 300 judicial Trump appointments. I'd rarther fifght for the whole thing too, but with 3 million in DC nobody was willing to fight. We need a concentration of forces. TX can hold us all.

Pretty sure they'd let us in. Glad to have help defending it, it isn't a peaceful solution.

Too bad they use ES&S voting machines in Texas so there's zero chance of finding out what the people want.
