I doubt seriously 1) that the motion would pass. 2) If it did, Someone needs to take the first step, then just like the Capitol "riots" mob rule will take effect, just like with the SCOTUS case, you would see a lot of other states glom onto the motion as well. Texas is not abandoning us, as much as leading, pointing the way if you will.
Then you would see about 14-15 states suddenly declaring for secession, the people on the Hill and Big Tech will lose their shit for awhile, concessions will be made, and it will all get swept under the rug again.
