Guy I ride bikes with got the call to report on the 18th. Something else is going on if they're activating the Marines.

All services report to PotUS via the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. If you know of a special exception to the chain of command for the USMC, please provide sauce.

What's this have to do with the question at hand? Do you know of some parallel chain of command the USMC follow different than the other services??

What BS? I asked a question for clarification of a claim. You're only adding confusion. Please explain the statement that the USMC reports directly to PotUS.
