Guy I ride bikes with got the call to report on the 18th. Something else is going on if they're activating the Marines.

Yea? Lots of these "a friend of mine said" posts. I also heard that military was being actively deployed the other day and that IA was signed. >.>

You're absolutely correct. My best friend's cousin got activated yesterday and he's in the Army coming out of PA. And the guy I ride with is telling me if his division is being activated they're not worried about civilians. He can't tell me where he's going due to troop movement stuff.

He told me he's gotta report on the 18th.

Former military here and I call bullshit. Your "buddy" would not be told where they would deploy until he reported.
