That’s not how it works. And the rules aren’t any different. Officers don’t make an oath to the office of the president. We make an oath to the Constitution. In theory if the officer thought the president was going against the constitution they could go against the office of the president. This is intentional, the founding fathers wanted the military to support the constitution not just the current leader of the government. Or else we end up in one of those situations like Rome where the military just followed their generals and the emperor.
I see no justification for the downvotes. You're just stating facts. The part about the military swearing an oath "to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution" is, well, in the Constitution FFS. It's the same oath the President takes, except for the military, "against all enemies foreign and domestic" is added.
The military can refuse orders they believe un-Constitutional (as you point out in your later comment). Unfortunately they can also commit treason or sedition under the pretext of defending the Constitution. OR the Marines really could be about to come to the aid of the Constitution that constitutes these United States and rescue our nation from the traitors. I'm praying for that.
