In theory if the officer thought the president was going against the constitution they could go against the office of the president. It's the same oath the President takes, except for the military, "against all enemies foreign and domestic" is added.
The military can refuse orders they believe un-Constitutional (as you point out in your later comment). Unfortunately they can also commit treason or sedition under the pretext of defending the Constitution.
