so say kamala became president and started a bunch of executive orders. We (everyone who loves freedom) aren't happy, we attempt to succeed all at once. Kamala is mad that people thinks she's a shitty president, she sends the armed forces to obtain control of the situation, her actions spark an all out rebellion. Is it possible for us to succeed and succeed? I did the math & concluded that We would decimate the military & marines in terms of numbers but what about the navy & air force? in any war, the airforce and navy are the driving force nowadays, is it possible to render their efforts in vain?

Unfortunately, the legal precedent against secession is to use the military to end the movement. That said, in a civil war scenario, it is reasonable to assume that a portion of the military (nobody knows the exact percentage) would defect. It’s tricky because the enlisted men and women tend to support President Trump and conservatives whereas the officer class is a bit more split. You cannot win a war with officers alone. You need enlisted personnel to do the actual fighting and grunt work.
It is pointless to make rebellion legal, like prohibition or gun laws
First of all, it's secession, not succession. Would help if you knew how to spell it before attempting it. And, no. It isn't allowed under the constitution. A war was fought over it and to the victor goes the results. There is nothing in the constitution that outlines how a state would secede.
