The electronic voting machines ARE susceptible to errors, and several have been caught. They are also insecure and can be hacked and manipulated.
The problem is that even though everyone knows this, this is not evidence that intentional vote transference happened. It is proof that it COULD have happened. Thats why no court ruled to change anything.
This doesnt change what we all KNOW, which is that for my money the Dems removed all the security from mail-in ballots for the purpose of ballot box stuffing in just a few cities in a handful of swing states. I think they probably used the "poll book" records from election day to determine which registered Dems didnt show up to vote in person (which party foremen HAVE), and then those became lists of names from which ballots were manufactured hurriedly and injected into the system somehow. We dont know how exactly, because in those cities note that observation was effectively blocked, and challenges to mail-in ballots effectively nullified. So to ME that is the likely real vector of the fraud. HOWEVER, thats why there is no evidence to find, leaving no evidence was an integral part of this, it was paramount
So this leaves us in the horrible position where the public KNOWS what happened, and yet no legal mechanisms exist to change it (because those legal challenges would need as we have seen evidence that it HAPPENED not evidence that it COULD happen). The mechanism SHOULD have been the state legislatures OR the congress, which have the authority to change that according to the Constitution. However, GOPe was our achilles heel.
This is the lesson to learn - the original Trump idea of a GOP takeover from the top down didnt work - so now lets start on Jan 21 and build the TRUMP party (GOP or whatever he decides) from the ground UP (meaning from local and state on UP to congress and then executive in 2024)

I dont believe that is accurate. Of the more than 60 court cases brought, although most were dismissed on standing and procedural grounds, a few of them were dismissed specifically for lack of evidence, which means the court did consider the merits. Several rulings state this explicitly.

the one ray of light in the court cases is as you say, the cases involving illegal ballots for things like arriving late, not having retained documentation of request for ballot, things like that, and yes those are still in discovery. BUT those are not cases alleging fraud, they are cases involving illegal ballots where the state actually ignored its own laws. I am hopeful something DOES come of those.
Also, even when the courts state there was a lack of evidence, it was still political theater. Acting either as a good Democrat party member, or a good Federalist Society big government RINO. They are just corrupt at this point.

Even the cases where discovery orders issued, the Dems appealed those orders and got them reversed. Wisconsin - correct?
