Legit question, fellow pedes. I was relatively out of the political loop when Gab started in 2016, and Parler got to be a lot more popular with some big names (Dinesh, Levin, etc).

Parler hasn't come back up in 48 hours, which is FOREVER in the news cycle and online media.

Why isn't any big name over on Gab? They have their own servers. Yes, it's been spotty comms due to volume, but Parler has had it's season of glitches, too. I found CodeMonkey/Ron and Catturd but I'm having a hard time finding anyone else....

Is Gab toooo free? Are all the big names getting a kick back from Parler? People don't want to build again? (Unlikely, most bigger names are used to the fight.)

Any insight, commentary appreciated! Or even people to follow on Gab. Maybe I'm boomer-ing?
