OK so someone posted a video of someone been murdered about 5 mins ago, IMO this is clearly an attack on this site so the powers that be have a reason to shut down the site, I believe the best form of defence to this is any new signup needs their posts to be vetted before going live for say 7 days before getting the same privileges as everyone else.
Anyone else agree.
Hello Lurker. Those of us that have been here from the beginning don't care to have our forum infiltrated by assholes that are posting shit to have us shut down.
This isn't about people not being able to "filter what's fake..." I'm more than capable of skipping over posts. This is about not allowing td.win getting shut down. If you can't see the difference, perhaps you should go back to being a lurker or participate in r/politics.
Some people don't see where this goes. I've seen this happen before.
Just remembering back to GamerGate I can you that it will start with stuff like gore, then move up to something worse and it will keep going as long as we survive until it ends with sick individuals deliberately posting CP and screenshotting the post they made of it to use as "proof" that we posted it.
There is no coming back for us if it's allowed to get to that point. We need some sort of restrictions on what newer users can post.
