I heard the reputation of NG and reserves is they show up, blow stuff up, then go home. Like, zero professionalism, very little skill or expertise, and wherever they go they leave a disaster after them.

Unless they are called into evac people or feed and shelter people. They do pretty good at that type of stuff.
