IA was the only option left and don’t think he didn’t consider it He knew it would be incredibly divisive for the country and with both houses of Congress owned by Democrats he couldn’t get jack squat passed. He probably figured it would be better to wait 4 years and try again. We aren’t privy to everything that goes on behind the scenes. And don’t think he hasn’t received serious death threats, both foreign and domestic. Even with a successful IA you can bet someone from China would have been sent to take him out. He has very serious enemies who wouldn’t think twice about doing that. Also his last 4 years have been hell on earth. And I’m sure Melania and Barron have suffered greatly too. We should appreciate all he has done. Now is not the time to doubt him. Think of all the backstabbing he has had to endure, especially from those who he thought had his back
