I have family in the military there now, and yes I've lived there on 3 different occasion, it was much nicer pre 90's, you could even get along without getting messed with by gangs, Ya they fought with each other but didn't mess with non gang people, cause if they didn't work without fear there was NO profit to them. what's funny is most are Conservative people
