Just saw this, but had to comment. I flew through San Luis Obispo about 2 years ago, and holy shit was that place based. "Come and take it" and "Don't tread on me" tshirts and American Flags everywhere. It was eye opening and really beautiful to see. AND - really, really beautiful country out there.
holy hell I duckduckgo'd some pics and that is a beautiful place. I feel for them as they have to be inside a state that is probably thinking of ways to ruin their lives.
