When the virus has a 99.99999% survivability rate for almost everybody. But we can't have any normal medicine to treat it effectively if we do get sick. And btw the test to determine if we have it or not? Can't differentiate between Influenza A, B, or CCPvirus. And antibody testing could show positive if we just had a cold anytime in the last 12 months.
That would kinda be what you would expect with a new fast-tracked vaccine.
