I think that's u/x50_spence point, that these data dumps are HUGE, nobody ever analyzes them, nobody ever prosecutes them, and there's so much data that years later we're still finding stuff that's new to us. (maybe that's not his point? Idk)
Ya I know, I was just saying that even if it seems like an unwieldy amount of info, it can be browsed in chunks.
Like think about all the time we all spend doing nothing online, if everyone of us devoted 20 minutes a day to browsing wikileaks topics that we are actually interested in, we’d cover it all within a few years.
