If they do that, the AG should arrest that judge on something like conspiracy to defraud the public or some other charge relevant to that.

Legally impossible. Judges can't be sanctioned for acting within their discretion and can't be punished for exceeding it, though they can be reversed by higher courts.

No, but they can be dragged from their homes into the street and have their refusal to uphold the law addressed... in minecraft.
