How do we do this? If two people do it they'll just end up in court and in jail or prison. Is there any legal vehicle to do this or does it end in prosecution and jail any way?

Obfuscation? Muddying up the paper trail enough to make it impossible for them to track you down or get an exact figure on what they are attempting to extract?
I don't know. I haven't filed my taxes in 5 years now and here I sit a free man.
