How do we do this? If two people do it they'll just end up in court and in jail or prison. Is there any legal vehicle to do this or does it end in prosecution and jail any way?

They are forced to pay FICA by the feds and if THEY don't pay it THEY go to jail.
You can adjust your W-2 but you will have to eventually payup.
The feds know the fear of going to jail will force everybody to comply. In order for a national movement to take place the feds need to be afraid of the consequences of taking people to jail.
They will use the element of surprise by picking you up off the street or in your house alone. This creates the fear.
Communities would need to organize taxfree sanctuaries in order to organize enough people to quell the feds.
Or it could be done state by state but by this time you're looking at secession senarios.
