This feels like they are just sticking it to us almost like they want us to take the bait and get whipped into action. Don't go for it because they need us to react and engage just like they did with the Capitol and we didn't do it. They even killed someone to try to shock us into action. It didn't work, we are smarter than them and it frustrates them because there base can be riled up so easily.
