I don't fully understand Piton's method. He slices demographic data in a way that shows impossible turnout (like 800%) from certain demographics?

Picton felt like a bit of a grifter toward the end TBH. The first detection and testimony was brave but the presidents team ignored him on these ones on twitter he was endlessly peddling while making demands of getting on a payrole to continue any more work.
